Cancellation and Late Policy

Appointment and Cancellation Policy Healing in Harmony, LLC respects your time, and we ask that you respect ours. We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for all appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests.

 

Late Cancellations/No-Shows: If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or fail to appear for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged the full-service rate for that session.

Rescheduling Courtesy: As a one-time courtesy, if you cancel within the 24-hour window, you may reschedule your appointment within two weeks of the original date, and your initial payment will be applied to the new session. This is at the sole discretion of the therapist.

Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for your session, your treatment will end at the originally scheduled time to ensure that subsequent clients are not inconvenienced. The full fee for the session will still apply.

Emergency Situations: We understand that true emergencies happen. If you have an urgent conflict, please text or call 630-537-0641 as soon as possible. Communication is always appreciated.
